Payment terms

Upon booking, deposit 50% of the total amount into account number BE52 880-5569411-09.

The remaining amount must be paid no later than one month before arrival.

Please state NAME + DURATION PERIOD when transferring.

Cancellation

Please contact us if you wish to cancel your reservation. The amount already paid will be refunded up to 30 days before the scheduled visit.

Arrival & Departure

Arrival is possible between 4pm and 7pm.

Departure can be between 12pm and 2pm.

Feel free to give us a call if you wish otherwise! We are happy to adapt where possible.
